The name Eddyline is representative of the chaos we all experience, whether hopping eddies down the river or bouncing along through our hectic individual lives. Our restaurant, much like the eddyline separating the calm waters in an eddy from the river currents, will be a place to find calm. We look forward to creating a neighborhood pub shared by locals and visitors alike who need a friendly place to quench their thirsts and hunger while reflecting on where they've been and where they are going. Our brewery is an all grain brewery that is capable of making ~210 gallons of beer per brew session. We use the finest malted barley (much of which is grown in Colorado), the best hops available, and, of course, Rocky Mountain water. We do not filter our beers but rather let them age and clarify naturally allowing more flavor and body to be preserved.
